突出煤层孤岛煤柱大采高综采工作面优化设计

The Optimization Design of Pillar Longwall in Outburst Coal Seam

摘要: 针对潘一矿东二13-1煤层采区孤岛煤柱煤与瓦斯突出、煤层厚度大、块段内老巷道多、煤柱应力集中等问题,提出利用东二13-1煤层采区原系统巷道作为煤柱工作面巷道,布置大采高综采工作面,回收采区煤柱的技术方案。通过优化设计,加强顶板支护和防火措施,可实现复杂条件下采区孤岛煤柱大采高综采工作面的设计和施工。

Abstract: According to problems of thick coal seam, passing old roadways and stress concentration. The design of using old gateways for new longwall face was conducted. Exploiting coal reserve in difficulty strata by thick longwall can be achieved by driving new gateways in stress release area and enhance roof supporting and fire proof measures.
